Individual sessions are the best! Not only do they allow for the trainer to design and program to meet your specific needs, but it also allows for the trainer and client to connect on a personal level. 1-On-1 sessions provide you with the trainers undivided attention and it removes all of the guess work for the client. All you have to do is show up and put in the work. Personal sessions are available for anyone at any stage of their fitness journey.
Monthly sessions can be done 3 or 5 days a week. Prior to starting sessions a consultation is highly recommended, and can be done in person, or via phone or zoom.
